A reader who was having problems with Media Cleaner and Sorenson Video 3, received this reply from Sorenson Media (see also previous coverage of this matter):
"We understand that the current configuration of Sorenson Video 3 and Media Cleaner 5 is not working for you at this time. We regret this and wish we had more information regarding Media 100's update to Cleaner 5 that will support the advanced features of SV3. In the meantime, please use the attached installer for Sorenson Video 2.2 for Mac. Please keep your current copy of Sorenson Video 3 for use with the updated Cleaner 5 when available."
