Netscape newsgroup for asking tech support questions

Steve Dagley informs us that "Netscape runs a publicly accessible news server for discussion of Netscape products (these are the only groups it carries so folks looking for a free general news feed can keep looking). The address is <secnews.netscape.com> and the Mac newsgroup is <netscape.macintosh>.various Mac developers at Netscape as well as the Netscape Champions (sort of a volunteer support organization) frequent that newsgroup and it's probably the best way to get a question about Navigator/Communicator answered quickly. Note that the server uses a secure connection and I don't know if any newsreader besides Communicator can see the groups (MT-NewsWatcher currently can't for example)."
