The Arlo Pro 4 is the latest Pro camera series from Arlo and it quickly became our best recommendation for an outdoor security camera. It boasts a 2K resolution, a 160-degree field of view, two-way talk, full-color night vision, a built-in siren and spotlight, compatibility with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Apple HomeKit and more. It can be a pricey system, but Best Buy has some stellar deals on Arlo Pro 4 camera bundles that could save you hundreds or you can spend even less with a refurb option via Woot today.
If you want your outdoor camera to include a light for added visibility or to act as a deterrent for potential intruders, you could instead go for the Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight. Though the 2021 cam is no longer the newest option, it's still one of our favorite wireless security cameras in 2023 due to the fact it's a rare example of a floodlight-equipped cam that doesn't need to be wired in. It's still got a solid feature set, including a weatherproof housing, crisp HD livestreaming, reliable alerts and a built-in siren, plus that very bright built-in floodlight. It's just $140 in refurb condition at Woot which is around $110 off its regular price these days.
