When surfing the Web, it's easy to forget an idea that springs to mind about an item you need to include on your to-do list. This is likely because it's located on your mobile device and it's easy to get distracted from remembering to add it.

In a sea of task apps, Any.DO has managed to make a name for itself. With a clean and simple user interface, it's easy to just get started with managing what you need to do, who you need to call, or what you need to buy. And with the addition of their extension for Chrome, you'll be able to add items to your list with little effort or downtime from your other computer activities.

Let's get started:

Step 1: Open the Any.DO app on your mobile device and then open the Sync option from the menu. (Hint: the menu is the three dots in the top right-hand corner.)

Step 2: If you want to use your Facebook account, the log-in process is quick and easy. If not, create a new account with the Sign Up link at the bottom left-hand corner of the app. Or, if you have an account, just use it to Sign In.

Step 3: After signing in, you should get an e-mail from Any.DO offering you its Chrome extension. If no e-mail arrives, simply head to this link to install your copy.

Step 4: Once installed, click on the Any.DO icon in the Chrome toolbar. You'll be prompted to log-in to complete the syncing process.

Step 5: Add and remove items the same as you would on your mobile device.

Now you can easily manage your to-do list with the benefit of a larger screen and a full-size keyboard. The list will stay synced across devices, keeping you up-to-date while mobile or in front of your computer.
