So you're a writer, huh? Well, now it's time to turn those writings into sweet cash. Unfortunately, most places online that let you sell your e-books also want to take a nice cut of your profits. That's understandable, though, right? They need to make money, too. However, if you're just getting started, a little off the top here and there can add up to the chunk of the profits you need to move your writing career forward.
Instead of fussing with other sites, why not check out Payhip? This site offers a free and easy way to sell your e-books without skimming from your profits. All you need is a PayPal account and of course, your e-books.
Here's how to get started:
Step 1: Head to the Payhip.com Web site and sign up for an account. The link is in the top right-hand corner. You'll need to provide an e-mail and password.
(Optional) Step 2: Enter your PayPal information. This step is optional in the case that you want to wait and see if any e-books sell before disclosing your PayPal information to a third-party Web site.
Step 3: Click on the Add new ebook button so you can start adding your content to the site.

You'll notice the Dashboard area of your account has a list of your e-books, along with their number of views, sales values, and also your profits.
Step 4: Select your e-book file. Then you'll need to set a cost, add a preview image, and also include a description.
Step 5: Now you can share a link to your e-book with potential buyers. Payhip has integrated Facebook and Twitter support, or you can share the link through another social-media service.

In fact, it's probably a good place to list your e-books in addition to other Web sites since you don't need to pay anything extra to do it.
