Using the official NCAA March Madness Live app, Android and iOS users alike can have all 67 games streamed to their device.

Well, thanks to an app and the marvels of modern technology you can listen to live streaming audio of each of the 67 games from your Android or iOS device for free. Or, if you're willing to pay $3.99, you can stream the video of each game, as it happens, to your beloved device.
You will need to download and install the NCAA March Madness Live app from either the App Store, or Google Play.
The iOS version is a universal binary, meaning it will work on the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad as long as it's running iOS 4.3 or above.
The Android version has a few more caveats to it. According to the app description, Android devices running OS 2.2 to 2.3.7 allow for the in-app purchase of live video. There's also a list of roughly 10 Android devices the app has been optimized for, and a note stating the results may vary on different handsets. On my Galaxy Nexus the app seems to be running fine (it wasn't one of the 10 devices listed), although I haven't been able to test out any of the video features.
The best part of the streaming service is that you won't have to worry about being connected to Wi-Fi for it to work. The app will perform over 3G or 4G, but stops short of promising to not eat into your monthly data allowance.
If you don't have a favorite team, you can set up alerts for potential upsets, when games get into the final 5 minutes or go into overtime. Of course, you're able to set up alerts for your favorite teams as well.
