One of the most noticeable changes of the recent Twitter redesign, is the relocation of the timeline from the left column to the right.

If you liked it the way it was, How-To Geek has written a browser script to switch the timeline column back to the left. Google Chrome browser users can just click on the script link and allow it to install.

Though the script directions state that it supports Firefox with the Greasemonkey extension, we couldn't get it to work with Firefox 8.0.1 and Greasemonkey 0.9.13.

If you want to have a look at the source code for the script, it's available to view here.
