Changing or creating wallpaper on Galaxy Tab 10.1
Tired of your Tab's wallpaper? Learn how to change it.
Part of personalizing your tablet is changing the wallpaper in the background to suit your style. While some of the stock backgrounds may show off the amazing reaches of the colors displayed on the Tab's screen, they just aren't you. Here's how to change the wallpaper, or even create your own from a photo in the gallery.
There are two ways to access the wallpaper area on your Tab.
Option 1: Press and hold anywhere there is a blank space on one of the home screens.
Option 2: Press the plus sign (+) in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and choose Wallpaper from the tabs that appear.

Now for the actual changing of the wallpaper:
Step 1: Pick the type of wallpaper you'd like to use. Live Wallpapers are animated and will move around behind your icons on the home screens. The plain Wallpapers are still images used as a background.
Select a type of wallpaper, or choose from your Gallery.

Step 2: Select a wallpaper of your liking.
If there's nothing that meets your style requirements, you can always visit the Android Market and find more live wallpaper and other images that you could use. One note: be careful when selecting Live Wallpapers from the market; even though many of them say they support tablets, they have a chance of being very stretched and distorted on your beautiful tablet screen.

Find an image you'd like to use in the background--one with your friends, family, or pets in it--and adjust the size with the boxes that pop up so it fits on your home screen.
Crop the photo to fit the desktop.
