How to uninstall apps without using the Android Market
If you regret a recent app download, you can remedy the issue without even opening the Market.
Downloading new apps is a great and fun way to experience new content from the Android Market. However, there might be times when one of the apps you've downloaded is less than desirable. If no Internet connection is present or you don't want to wait for the Android Market to load, here are a few quick steps for uninstalling these apps:
1. Open the Settings menu and choose Applications from the list.

2. Choose Manage applications from the next menu.

3. Look for and select the app you'd like to uninstall in the list. If you can't find it in the Downloaded tab, try looking in the All tab. 4. Press the Uninstall button and then confirm the action on the next screen.

5. Once the uninstall is finished, press the OK button; the app is gone.
Please note that some applications come prepackaged with different Android handsets that can't be removed using this method or through the Market. Even if you aren't using them, some are linked to other functions on your phone and need to stay, while others are what a wireless provider considers a "feature." Though opinions of these types of apps may vary from useful to bloatware, root access on the Android phone is necessary to rid them from your collection (at your own risk).
