Meet the new champ of desktop speakers: Adam Audio F5

My first encounter with one of Adam Audio's smallest speakers, the ARTist 3, took me by surprise last year. The ARTist 3 has a better tweeter, bigger amps, a more robustly designed cabinet, and it's a lot nicer looking. The F5's black vinyl-covered cabinet is strictly business, and at $499 a pair it lists for $300 less than the ARTist 3.… Read more

EyeEm is very similar to other photo filtering apps, but does many things differently that make it not only slightly easier to use, but more effective. When you create your account, you can choose to immediately connect to Facebook or to register an independent … Read more

Review: Easy IDPhoto takes predefined photos for official documents

The purpose of Easy IDPhoto is to provide an automated tool to create and print photos for government IDs and forms. It does just this, but with some minor issues.

Easy IDPhoto has a straightforward interface with a roller bar listing photo size options and a button to select an image. You can then choose an image from your Photo Library or take a new one with the front facing or standard camera. The app will then clip the photo according to the dimensions needed for the document you selected and save it to your photo library. The process is … Read more

After failing to appear at Google I/O, evidence that Android 4.3 is forthcoming soon has been leaking out slowly. Now, the first photos of the next sweet iteration of the mobile OS running on a device have been spotted. It looks to be a new flavor of Jelly Bean rather than the whole slice of Key Lime Pie.
