Do you 'like' my jeans?

Would you ask your entire Facebook friend base this question:

"Do these jeans make me look fat?"

I wouldn't. At seven months pregnant, everything makes me look fat. But I digress.

Diesel stores in Spain are using something called the Diesel Cam to let people take photos of themselves in potential purchases and upload them over Facebook Connect to crowdsource whether they are worthy of Diesel's hefty price tag.

I can see this going all kinds of wrong.

First off, if you ask me what I think of those jeans, I'll tell you. Publicly. On … Read more

Cretan previously approved a police request to search the home office of Gizmodo editor Jason Chen, a decision that unleashed a torrent of speculation about the legality of searching a journalist's workplace and whether Apple instigated the raid.

Sprint hangs up on Google's Nexus One

Only one U.S. carrier plans to offer Google's Nexus One to its customers this year now that Sprint has confirmed plans to take a pass.

When it launched the Nexus One in January, Google said support from other carriers would arrive, but following the news that Verizon has changed its mind, Sprint told Gizmodo Monday that it has also reassessed its plans. Only loyal friend T-Mobile--the original Android launch partner--is supporting the phone with a two-year plan.

Google sells the Nexus One at its own Web site, and that's the exclusive distribution channel for the phone in … Read more

HTC Evo 4G preorders to start in May?

Anticipation is building as a handful of leaks recently have all but confirmed that HTC will release its Evo 4 in June.

AndroidCentral posted literature appears to be for The Shack sales representatives. From what we can tell, these documents are part of a planned four-week ramp up designed to educate employees on the handset's features. If we count this as week one, then the previously rumored June 6 launch falls right into place.

Another image that made its way around a couple of blogs this week shows the handset as being available for preorder from The Shack in … Read more
