An online hacker group associated with Anonymous claims to have posted 1 million Apple Unique Device Identifiers (UDIDs) by breaching FBI security.
A UDID is the unique string of numbers that identifies each iOS device, formerly used by developers to track their app installations across Apple's user base.
In all, AntiSec claims to have obtained more than 12 million UDIDs, including user names, addresses, and notification tokens from a laptop used by an FBI agent. In a missive posted to Pastebin, the hacking group explains how it obtained the data from an FBI agent's laptop:

A safer way to conduct online transactions and a new exploit blocker are the keystones to Kaspersky Lab's 2013 security suites, the company announced today.

An anti-WikiLeaks hacking group has taken credit for launching a distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack against the Russian news site RT.com.

The rabbis are concerned that the book's availability in … Read more
It's unclear who or what is after WikiLeaks, but the document-leaking organization claims someone is.
According to its Twitter feed, the organization has sustained a several-day Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack that has left its Web site effectually inoperable.
"The attack is well over 10Gbits/second sustained on the main WikiLeaks domains," read one of several tweets the organization posted on Friday. "The bandwidth used is so huge it is impossible to filter without specialized hardware, however... the DDoS is not simple bulk UDP or ICMP packet flooding, so most hardware filters won't work … Read more
Moo0 Anti-Recovery is a free disk-cleaning utility that wipes the free space on your hard drive, making the data on it unrecoverable. Who needs it? Anyone who sells, loans, or shares a hard drive, USB drive, or similar device; or uses a company-supplied PC; or shares a PC with other users … Read more
