If you use a non-sim memory card, you maybe able to retrieve data from it using an adapter or any similar memory carded slot. However, it all depends on how or what gets stored there, usually memory hogging storage items.

How do you know its working and even if you got some app to install on PC that it will provide what you need. Overall, you maybe chasing a greased pig. Sorry, I suggest next time use a protective cover/case to protect you phone.
