Manage updates with the Download App
I need to be able to print from either an Apple or Android tablet from a vehicle. I would like to know the simplest way to do this as my employees are not the most tech savy. An internet connection will not be available other than the Bell Network which the tablet will get its data from. I haven't yet purchased the tablet, printer or any other hardware i may require. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

It's a shame you used the word "best" as this means that any method can be not the best in a few minutes.
For the iPad you can consider AirPrint. For Android, many solutions found at
https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&as_q=android+printing
But let's not make a basic mistake. That is, some are trying to replace their laptop with a tablet/phone and learn the hard way we're not there yet.

here's my situation, i own a business in the service industry, and i have a program which allows us to write up proposals on a tablet which we can carry away from the truck and right to the backyard of the customer. and the reason I need to be able to print is so that customers can have a copy of the proposal right away. I could email the proposal which would also be ideal, but not everybody has a computer still, let alone email. So yes i understand that a laptop would be the easiest, but that would mean we either have to carry the laptop around with the customer or, write everything down on paper, then take it back to the truck and input it on the laptop. but the whole point of getting this program was to eliminate the number if times we were writing down the same information.

But you are now talking what we called Vertical Integration. The person that created the tablet app also selects, tests and provides a printing solution. But up top it lead with "best" and that means we can't offer any solution as it won't be the best.
If I ignore that, I see we have printing on tablets today so you would try that.
