unblocking fone features

I have simple mobile. The service is great but they have Blocked some Vip features that i Need. 1. I can't send texts with less than 10 digits to any1. 2. I can't send Texts to any1 in IM mode 3. I can't forward texts to my email. How do i Unblock these features?

Since you didn't share what phone this is, you have to do your own research. There are more phone centric forums such as Howard's Forums but be sure not to omit information there or you may feel like folk are beating up on you.
