My pc is under warranty, and crashed, and I sent it out to be fixed. They put a new hard drive in. When I got it back, it was not working right. On the second day, it kept installing Windows update, every time I booted.(like 98 updates) So I called tech support, they had me pay $160 for expert support for a year (three issues) The technician ended up turning "off" my Windows update. (he did check the pc for other issues but I don't think he found anything.I never received a email yet) I feel that this is not a good fix, as sometimes you have to have Windows updated for different things. I don't know if this is a good fix or not. I gave them a bad review. I'm running Windows 7, have 6 gig of memory, 650 gig of storage. It is a Toshiba P770. Carol
