how to read my itunes newsstand subscription in windows 8?

I would like to have existing issues of the magazines i have subscribed in itunes Newsstand subscription, and read them on my Windows 8 Vaio.

http://developer.apple.com/library/mac/#documentation/LanguagesUtilities/Conceptual/iTunesConnect_Guide/14_Newsstand/Newsstand.html says " Newsstand is available in iOS 5.0 and later. Newsstand is not available for Mac apps."

So they forgot to add "Newsstand is not available for Windows, Android and Linux either." Probably they thought everybody would take that for granted.
