stream HD DVR content to distant tv

I want to stream content from my HD DVR to a distant tv over a wireless network at HD quality. Is there a single device that I could attach to my DVR that would do this? Would this device connect to my wireless network, or would it stream on its own? The distant tv doesn't have an ethernet input. I would have to set up a way for the distant tv to receive the input.

Most HD DVR's forbid this. Be sure yours allows it.
