Hi. I have a D-Link wireless router DI-524. I'm trying to figure out if it is toast or if I should try to do reset it. I have Internet via a cable tv company. So, I plug the router into a modem. A couple weeks ago, I the router started to freeze up quite a bit - sometimes several times a day, then a couple days with no problems. I got a new modem from the cable company & things were fine for a couple weeks. Then the router started to freeze again & now it is frozen every time I plug it in. The cable company modem allows me access to the net, but, of course, I have no wireless for other devices. Does this mean I need a new router or should I try the factory reset button?
Thanks for any help you can give me!
