I sent my Brother some animated Clip Art and it worked fine in the mail, but when he saved it then opened it, it was no longer animated.
Is something turned off on his computer? If so how does he turn it on.
His operating system is Windows 7

Most of these animations only show in a browser and some emails. Could confuse folk that try to save and open them in other apps.

You don't tell which program he uses to open it. But, as Bob said, if he uses a browser to open it it should work.
